This Shipping and Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms of delivery and product exchange for orders placed through www.risetechno.in (“Website”), operated by Rise Techno Solutions (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By placing an order, You (“User”, “You”, “Your”) agree to the terms outlined herein.

1. Shipping and Delivery

1.1. Delivery Areas: We deliver products across India through our logistics and courier partners.
1.2. Dispatch Timeline: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–7 business days from the date of order confirmation, subject to product availability.
1.3. Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on the delivery location. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (logistics issues, strikes, natural calamities, etc.) are beyond Our control.
1.4. Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout prior to payment. Certain products may include free shipping offers at Our discretion.
1.5. Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to products shall pass to You upon delivery at the shipping address provided.

2. Order Tracking

2.1. Once Your order has been dispatched, We will share tracking details via email/WhatsApp/SMS.
2.2. Customers are responsible for ensuring that accurate delivery details (address, contact number) are provided at the time of placing the order.

3. Exchange Policy

3.1. Products purchased through Our Website are generally non-exchangeable except in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Transit damage
  • Manufacturing defect (covered under warranty)
    3.2. Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by writing to rahulwadia@risetechno.in along with order details and photographic/video evidence of the issue.
    3.3. Acceptance of an exchange request is subject to inspection and verification by Our technical team.

4. Conditions for Exchange

4.1. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoices.
4.2. Products found to be tampered with, used, or damaged due to customer mishandling shall not be eligible for exchange.
4.3. Software licenses, consumables (such as toners, cartridges, spares), and customized products are strictly non-exchangeable.

5. Refund in Case Exchange Not Possible

If a replacement/exchange is not available for the same model/product, We may offer:

  • An alternative product of equivalent value, or
  • A refund as per Our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
